I use the Evoltas in an older M-series Taser (the big Taser with the yellow stripes on the sides) and this Taser is very sensitive to battery voltage, requiring a high output to cycle quickly.

After trying about every new supposed "super cell" that would come down the pike, I tried a set of Evolta AA's and this Taser has never cycled this quickly.

Panasonic doesn't seem to be promoting these much and the higher than usual price makes me concerned that they won't be on the market long. Might be a good idea to stock up.
