The filters quality does goes with the price tag but they do work to some degree. The uv I use it for protecting my camera lens and the polarized one does block some of the reflected light as it is supposed to. I don't know about the fluorescent since the seller I got it from sent me a neutral density one instead and returning it is more of a pain than finding some use for it. The case is super cheap but as long as it doesn't get wet it should be ok.
