Panasonic Lumix Leather Slim Case for FP and FH series(Black)

When I bought my Lumix, portability and compactness were big issues for me. I wanted something so slim that no one would know it was in my pocket! When I bought this case, there was only a front view and the title of the case which had the word "slim" in it. I wished for a side view but had to imagine just how slim was "slim". I have added a few pictures to the images at the top of the page so you don't have to guess.

Upon receiving this case, I have the following reactions:
1. It is not as slim as I had hoped and will not disappear into a pocket.
However,
2. It is beautifully made with quality leather.
3. The camera fits like a glove inside the case.
3. It is very sturdy and will provide excellent protection for the camera!
4. There is room for either an extra battery or an extra memory card!
5. I love the magnetic latch. It is much faster access than a zipper!

I had originally bought a soft case for this camera and sent it back feeling like it would not protect the camera well enough! So it seems like you have a choice: fabric case (much slimmer but no protection or leather which is not so slim but provides more protection. For me, this case is a keeper!

I ordered this case for my husband's lumix DMC-ZS8 camera, since it looked the same as the one he had for his lumix that was stolen. Unfortunately, it is a very small case and doesn't fit that camera, and I did not see a size listed with it. On the good side, if you need a small leather case, we highly recommend it---it is sturdy and slips on to your belt. I contacted the seller through Amazon by email and was extremely satisfied to get a quick response and a promise of a full refund. Of course I'm out a couple of dollars for shipping, but happy to get the refund.

False Advertising for This Camera Case - Does Not Fit DMC-ZS3 as advertized. Note that if you purchase this for the DMC-ZS3 it will not fit and if you return it you must pay shipping/handling and a 12% restocking fee.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FOR YOUR LUMIX DMC-ZS3 or you will be ripped off.

Unfortunately this case does not fit the camera as claimed. Was not expensive, but to pay to return it and pay a restocking charge was just not reasonable.

Case is well constructed and my FH25A fits snugly in it - almost tightly. Although there is room for a memory card or spare battery in the space next to the lens, that item would likely pop out when you pulled out the camera. Good quality case however, with belt loop and magnetic closure.

The Panasonic Leather Slim Case is very well built to give great protection for you camera. The only thing that it lacks is a place to store an extra battery or memory card.

I have been able to wear it on my belt and carry the camera wherever I go without the worry of dropping or damaging the camera. It sure beats carrying the camera in my pocket, which is an option that may result in a scratched LCD or camera body. (I often carry a lot of keys in my pocket)

Really nice case with nice magnetic clasp. Purchased this to protect my new Panasonic FH25 Lumic Camera. Very nice fit and strong protective case. Another great purchase from Amazon.com!

The case fit my Lumix point and shoot camera perfectly. It has a very snug fit so nothing else can really be stored in it but the sleekness makes up for it!

The case was good although it was too small for my Lumix ZS7. I just tried it although I know the list of cameras that will fit in this case did not include the ZS7. The ZS7 did not come with a leather case like the ZS6 (i don't know why) but that is the reason I ordered this leather case.

I purchased this for my Panasonic DMC-FH25K. It fits, and it works like a champ. Gives the camera enough bulk to know it is there and not to sit on it. Snap works fine and stays shut. This isn't a bag or case that has any room for extras. It just protects the camera. Although it does not dry dishes, powder my chauffer, or or walk the poodles, I cannot subtract a star for that. Does exactly what I bought it for. Protects the camera when in storage or during travel. Bam. 'Nuff said.
