Great Meat Grinder,
By Reading Bear "Alex" (New York USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Panasonic MK-G20NR Meat Grinder (Kitchen)
We are originally from Eastern Europe and meat is a huge part of our diet. Initially we used hand powered meat grinder and when I say use I mean on a weekly basis. Finally we got tired of it and decided to upgrade our kitchen equipment. We tried 4 different electric meat grinders before we got to this one from Krups to Kitchen Aid but they all had problems till we got to this one. Then finally we got this one and o boy it was great. We use it on a weekly basis and it holds its own against any meat we through into it. Cleaning is a snap and the whole experience is awesome. Several points to consider when buying electric meat grinder: 1) Anything less than 550 watts will get clogged by meat fibers. 2) If blades are not Stainless still they WILL rust. 3) This machine has all the attachments you'll ever need in a meat grinders and they are great quality and will last you a lifetime without rusting P.S. This machine is so good we bought one for my mother and most importantly one for my mother-in-law and they both love it.

I've had this machine for about 6 months now, and I love it. It's very powerful, grinds meat in seconds. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a meat grinder.

I ordered this grinder on 12/15/03 and it came on 12/22/03 with free ground shipping. Today,12/28/03, I started to use it the first time, it's perfect, I have no complain to this machine. This grinder was made from Japan. I thinked if you want to use it the first time you have to clean it properly before using if not the food will stick into it. I mixed shrimps, beefs and porks. It run perfect. Don't hesitate to buy this grinder. To generate some different food in the family you have to have one. I strongly recommend this machine. It's very good, the motor is strong enough to grind any food.My wife like it so much.Thank to Amazon.com

Works great and has the power to do the job. Also found it a great way to easily and cleanly mince strawberries.

I bought Panasonic MK-G20NR few weeks ago and I used it 3 times. It works well and grind meat super fast compare to manual meat grinder. Important thing - follow care instruction like lubricate metal part of grinder to prevent rusting. It worth to buy if you need it.

The worst grinder ever,
By A Customer
This review is from: Panasonic MK-G20NR Meat Grinder (Kitchen)
Don't buy this grinder, it's absolutely useless and has an incredibly weak motor. Dropping one little bit of chicken in the grinder made it wail and weep, and the chicken was mushed about, not ground, and clogged up the housing. After a few tries, I wised up and realized that this was going to be the result each time. It doesn't actually grind meat, so I'm a bit mystified as to why it's called a "meat grinder." Save your money, save your time, buy something else, unless you enjoy taking returns to the post office.
