I will admit to enjoying cleaning my own house as it not only burns calories, it allows me to take a break from thinking intensely for hours at a time. Housecleaning can almost be meditative if you find the right cleaners. What is especially enjoyable about the Panasonic U6 bags is the microfiltration.

Over the years I've had bad experiences with vacuum bags that either broke, allowed the dust and dirt to return into the air or that simply could not contain more than ¼ of a bag before needing to be changed.

The quality of your vacuuming endeavors is most definitely determined by changing the bag often enough to not cause the motor strain, but you don't want to have to change the bag each week as this gets expensive.

After trying a variety of "alternative" selections for the U6 vacuum bag size, I've come back to the genuine article, which has yet to be duplicated. The Panasonic vacuums also last for years and are very durable and do a good job of picking up cat hair.

I am thrilled to find these on Amazon. I bought the Panasonic vacuum at Best Buy, as well as the bags, until recently when all they carried were a Filtrete U3 substitute that looked very thin. These are much thicker bags. In the vacuum I have the bag does all of the filtering so it's essential to buy the right bags. The price at Amazon is better for these bags than the cheap ones at BB, too. I paid around $8 for 3 U3 other brand at BB and $16 for 12 genuine Panasonic U6 bags here.

Gave the Panasonic 7515 vac to my sister. Loves it. Says the bags are really nice. Will hold two cats and 8 pair of socks.

These bags appear to be slightly better quality than other brands. It is easy to notice that the cardboard mounting end of the bag is a better design than others.

I've been using a Panosonic vacuum for years and typically purchased off-brand bags. These bags don't clog as fast so they are effective longer. Worth the little extra price.

I don't know whether the advertised 12 genuine U-6 Panasonic vacuum bags are any good -- because what I received from Buy-It-Now-Store were 3 generic U-3 vacuum bags. The merchant wouldn't pay for return postage, even though they sent the completely wrong product ... they claimed that I could just write "return to sender" on the package, when everyone knows that the US Postal Service won't accept "return to sender" if the package has been opened. So I had to pay for the privilege of returning the wrong merchandise that Buy-It-Now-Store had sent me -- and I'm still waiting for a refund of my original purchase price.
