I got this for my Mother as a replacement of ther old Microwave and she is very pleased. It is easy to operate which is a key is case of an older person. Also it's priced well. Amazon did a great job on quick shipping.

Love this microwave! Buttons are easy to use and work well. Defrost button does its job without cooking the food. I would recomend this for any size family. Very powerful and does its job.

I love this microwave. My previous microwave was also a Panasonic and it lasted 10 years. Just like my last one, it's easy to use, but a lot powerful at 1300W; it cooks everything super fast.
The only thing I don't like about it is that even with a microwave cover over the food, you have to use an oven mitt to get your food because so much steam is released. Also preferred my previous microwave's turntable because it didn't have wheels and don't understand why this microwave has them.

First of all, this oven could not run with any other appliance on the same line without tripping a circuit. OK, it's powerful. But then it decided to die on us just a month after the manufacturer's warranty expired! How convenient. We ordered this through Amazon and I don't know if it got damaged in the shipping, but a microwave shouldn't die after a year. We have an old microwave at work that is utilized constantly by a rather large staff and it's amazing this thing does the job. So there is no excuse for this appliance to have such a short life.

I recently purchased this Panasonic NN-H665WF 1.2cu.ft. 1300W microwave oven July 3,07 and recieved it by Friday July 6th to replace the poor quality kenmore microwave i bought 10 months ago that had died June 28th,07 and the part i needed was not available anymore. It was a big mistake in the first place thinking Kenmore is good..., wrong. my husband wanted to save money and he thought since i worked for Sears i'll get my employees' discount and it will save us $$$, not!, we have been throwing money out the window all these years. we have been replacing one kenmore with another for 7 years, and they only lasted 10/11 months to (if your lucky, 14 months), so, this time I took the matters in my own hands and a credit card and purchased a product that has an excellent reputation. I am happy and satisfied with this product, the key pad is simple and easy to operate..., no need for a rocket sientist. I just want to say, Panasonic is a very good make, and if your searching for a reliable microwave, Panasonic has you covered.
now it only takes me to heat my coffee 1 minute and 45 seconds.

I was looking for a white, counter top, microwave oven of at least 1200 watts power and no wider than 20 inches. This product fit the bill; operating is a snap and all of the special modes used has performed well. The inverter technology is really great, heating is even and quick. The only negative comment has to do with the odd shaped window, but we got used to that. Great product!

Loved everything about my old model, just hope the new one will last a little longer

This Microwave is the Worst Ever. Here is why. I received it in my home, shipped from Amazon on May 8th, 2007, Yesterday on July 26, 2007, IT DIED! I paid, $129. Anyway, I call Amazon, and they SUCK! 30 days is all they cover, after that YOU are on your OWN. I don't know what has happened to them, I am not going to use them anymore. Not to mention the guy in Customer Service couldn't speak English and Understand me. NOT his fault, but frusterating all the same. I know they could care less if I shop with them or not, obviously due to the way I was treated. Anyway, It worked Awesome for 3 short months. What ever you do, if you must purchase this item, don't buy it from amazon, as they don't back what they sell for more than 30 days. Good Luck to you All.

Great unit with the highest wattage in a microwave of this size. 5 stars.

However, after five months use we need warranty service. Tried to call Panasonic and the recorded voice said they were closed that Sunday even though the service hours the recording gave included the time when we called. Tried to use their online e-mail service request. It was designed to be interactive with additional entry boxes that appeared depending on your prior input. The response during this interaction was slow even on a DSL line on a Sunday. After we finished input, it would not send any of our tediously entered information. We tried on two different computers without success. One star.
