We have a small 3 person office. This item is perfect for it. The one drawback is the small cord that comes with the item and the fact that it is a 3-prong plug so we had to get a 3-prong extension cord, but obviously, that is extremely minor. It is perfect if you want something very small for lunches and the like.

This is a great microwave. The look of this microwave is fantastic. Rarely do you find a black microwave with all of these features for this good of a price. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to others.

I have had this microwave for about a year now and have had no problems whatsoever. Can't beat the price either. I'm thinking Mac-N-Cheese guy got a lemon cause mine is peachy keen ;)

Sleek black microwave works great and has more than ample power. I'm a college student who lives alone and I'm particular about how my appliances look. Inspecting the microwave, I see some small bulges on the right side, near the bottom where something is pushing out on the metal cover. Also, the metal cover allows the sides of the microwave to pop in and out slightly if you push on them, I had to push on the top to pop the side out.

It operates a little loud for my taste, about the loudness of an electric shaver. My biggest dinner plate fits in it and that's what I wanted.

I would purchase this item again.

I needed a second microwave for our office so I purchased this. I thought to myself, Panasonic is a good name i'll try it. WRONG!. It died after about a month and the customer service support to fix it was awful. I tossed it in the dumpster and purchased a Sanyo EMU1000. Sorry Panasonic, the public has a right to know....

Very good looking, black compact microwave. All the basic features, and easy to use. Nice price. The reviewer who called it "junk" is way off base. Maybe he works for Sharp?

I bought this item on Oct 1st 2003. It worked well no problems until Nov 1st 2006. All of a sudden it stopped working, it is not getting power. I checked in different outlets and no luck. To think it was gone by power surge, everything else was working fine.

I am highly dissatisfied with this microwave. Twice it has stopped working. First time was just four months after the purchase. We got it fixed from the Panasonic repair shop but it has stopped working again just two months after the purchase. Now it has been out of order for more than a month. I sent emails to Panasonic but they never responded. All this when the product is still under warranty period. I sincerely believe that Panasonic should have replaced my microwave after it stopped working the second time. This is not the only Panasonic product that I am unhappy with. I had bought a TV-DVD combo from Panasonic in Oct. 2004, its DVD player has not been working for past three months.

This item is a great value for the price!

No complaints...Decent low cost oven with many features...
