With its 1.1-cubic-foot capacity, this Panasonic 1,100-watt microwave oven is a straightforward machine for cooks who like it simple but still want room to maneuver. In addition to a defrost function, the unit features 10 easily adjusted power levels. Cooking time is simple to program with the touchpad, while the auto-cook buttons couldn't be clearer: popcorn, potatoes, beverages, fresh vegetables, frozen entrées, and frozen dinners. Preset for standard servings, the auto-cook settings adjust for quantity according to how many times you push the buttons. For added convenience, a quick minute button lets you add intervals of 100 percent power during or at the beginning of the cooking process. The oven also features a kitchen timer, a child safety lock, and multistage cooking functionality, letting you defrost then cook a lasagna, for example. Well, I'm no expert on these things, but this microwave seems to do the job pretty damn well by warming/cooking my food quickly, efficiently, and consistently.

I have had no problems at all - it's a breeze to use and has more than enough power for everyday use.

Definitely recommended.

I bought a no name microwave last time around, I am very happy with this one.
