Just wanted to advise that I received my PV-20DF25 shortly before Christmas 2006. Although the shipping box showed no damage, the TV inside had taken a hard hit. The console was cracked and the picture tube was loose and flopping around inside. I had no return or refund problems. Hmmmm?
