This is a great buy! Not only do you get a TV/VCR combo . . . but the TV is actually in STEREO! Few TV/VCR combos have this feature. They are mostly mono. I highly suggest this for a bedroom, dorm room, bathroom, kitchen, family room, billiards room, art gallery, sauna and even a TV/VCR room!

I love my TV. It is a quasar but it is the same TV shown here. It has lots of convenience features like "nite" which make the picture easyer on your eyes in the dark. It also has warning lights on the front that, yet not obtrusive, display timer record, on-timer, and record, This TV has a sleep timer and Commercial Skip which is really useful for anyone. It even has a prevous channel button that knows what you were watching last, not necessarily your last channel. It has timer record that is very easy to set up and I never thought I would use it when I bought this TV but it is great for shows that you miss. It also has a "Tape Position" button that shows, on a time-line, what part of the tape you are at. It also has an auto-setting clock (you tune to PBS and press "Set-Up Time") and an index selection option (you will understand when you get one)and multi-language support for french, spanish, italian, german, and english. This is a great TV with thousands more little convenience features that you never thought you'd need.

Reasonably priced, hassle free entertainment system that works well if you're not hooked on DVD. The sound and picture are relatively good, the FM stereo is an added bonus. The VCR is basically idiot proof. As a moderately sized screen TV it fits the bill as a unit that won't dominate too much space in your living room.

if you're really not into "huge" screens for your TV viewing, this might be for you. The VCR is very nice, playback looks great, and so does programs you record. Great picture, sound could be a little better, but for a TV/VCR, it ain't too bad. It has many features. Video games look great on it. My only complaint, it's not multi-standard!

I currently own several Panasonic TV's and TV/VCR Combo's and they have been for the most part trouble free. In September 2001 I bought a 27" flat screen TV (CT-27SX11) from Panasonic and it has been nothing but trouble as of April 2002.

The major problem has been with support. Yes, I own a good deal of A/V gear including some Pro A/V gear, but the support problem has been with the warranty periods offered by Panasonic on large heavy screen TV's. Don't be fooled by the warranty you see here or at a retail store. The labor is only for 90 days, and they'll charge you big time for labor.

Almost everything I have from Panasonic has been trouble-free, but if you do have a problem, be prepared to throw away and re-purchase because it would cost less than the labor charges.
