I recently purchased this camcorder. I was not that familiar with how to use a camcorder. I spent time learning how to use this camcorder by going over the manual page by page. I had no problems with the picture,viewing, recording or setting the features to my specification. I get a good picture on the the LCD, VSH-C and the viewfinder. I have found it to be a great camcorder with multiple features that I had not seen on other models in the price range($230+).

If anyone is thinking about purchasing a camcorder, I highly recommend the Panasonic PVL353 or higher model. You will enjoy this camcorder.

I bought this Panasonic PV-L353 for my Girlfriend's Christmas present last year, and it's been excellent. Many great features at a decent price. After my full size RCA movie camera died, I didn't know how well the new compact camcorders from Panasonic would perform, but we have been VERY pleased, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable easy to operate unit. We've never had a problem with it.

ok, this is one of the cheapest camcorders ive seen and it is great. i got it yesterday and i already know how to work it, its so easy and im 12 if you want an awesome, very good camcorder at a good price get this!

I received the camera for christmas from my family this year and I haven't been able to use it once. The picture quality is horrible, it's grainy and the colors are dull - when I zoom in on things the colors become more gray and the picture gets extremely grainy. I sent it in to get repaired and it came back with broken buttons and the picture is still horrible. Apparently the people at the factory repair place couldn't find anything wrong with it. If that is the way it is supposed to work than it is a piece of junk! This camera has just been a nightmare. The same camera from panasonic a year ago the PV-L452 is a great camera. My brother got it for christmas. The quality is amazing and the colors are really bold. If you want to buy a panasonic camera go with the older model its 10,000 times better!!!!!

I bought this camcorder less than a year ago and once again it is not working. This is the second time that something has broken on it. It is not worth the money, buy a Sony.
