I just got the item and to my big surprised it's not what it claimed to be. I paid for a set of PANASONIC headphone. I received a set of cheap headphones I could have gotten at a 99cents store. I bet trying to get a refund is gonna cost me more than keeping them. I guess I learned my lesson: DON'T BUY ANYTHING THAT ISN'T SELL BY AMAZON

i ordered this earphone because i needed $5 more to use a coupon. this one is pretty good. the sound quality is great. i like the small case, but earphone looks a little old-fashioned.
