The RR-QR100 allows you to record up to 100 minutes of high-quality audio on eight megabytes of internal flash memory, saving you the hassle of using tapes. Audio files are stored in up to 99 separate files in each of up to four separate folders, making finding a specific recording quick and easy on the large, built-in LCD screen. The RR-QR100 features voice-activated recording that initiates recording as soon as sound is detected to save on battery life, as well as time-activated recording that allows you to set specific start and stop times for the recorder after setting the current time. This unit also features three recording modes, and an intro-scan and playback function.

Panasonic's RR-QR100 is completely portable, measuring only 2 x 0.5 x 3.5 inches (WxDxH) and weighing only 2.3 ounces with batteries. This unit includes a built-in earphone output jack for privacy and an input jack for an external microphone, both of which are a standard 3.5 millimeter size. This digital voice recorder has a signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) of 38dB, and can operate in temperatures ranging from 32- to 104-degrees Fahrenheit. This recorder runs on two AAA batteries (not included), which allow it to record for up to 30 hours, or playback audio for about 15 hours when used with Panasonic alkaline batteries.
