Installed two of these in two different towers. Both worked and only needed the drivers for the Panasonic P2 cards that I used them for. Two comments: I don't know what's up with the large slot, because I only need the bottom half and accidentally inserting the card into the top got it stuck in there. Also, I agree with some other reviews in that the dual-PCI ribbon cable needs to be longer. I had to order different cables for the second computer I installed this into.
