The SA-HE75 home theater receiver from Panasonic is a sophisticated, easy-to-customize, and affordable core component for both home audio and home theater systems. I first got interested in Panasonic receivers when Consumer Reports gave the HE100 top marks and said it was a great bargain. They followed by saying the HE75 was a better bargain if you didn't need component connections. They were right! I have an older TV with only RCA and S-Video and didn't need the connectivity of the HE100. So I picked up the HE75 for $180. I ripped open the box and plugged my speakers and have been smitten ever since. The unit has a nice look. It mimics the HE200, Panasonic's top reciever. The sound is crisp and powerful. Paired with Infinity speakers, Red Hot Chilli Peppers to Ludacris sounds fabo. Even at the high levels music and movies come in loud (very loud) and clear. To top it off it has a great price. Panasonic and the HE75 surpassed my expectations. I just hope I don't blow my speakers rocking out all the time.

The receiver was easy to set up. The controls are easy to understand and it has multiple inputs.
It has more than enough power for a room speaker system.
