Do not buy this item. I bought this for my mom two years ago for Christmas. After only a year and a half the laser died and in order to fix the unit it would cost $185. When I talked to the electronics repairman he said that he gets that a lot with these Panasonic home theater systems. There is no way this should be happening, but after talking to the repairman I am obviously not the only one who has had this happen.
