very handy
I am a birdwatcher, and take this into the field and play bird sounds. It is a great little CD plyr/radio-fits anywhere.

Ok
The sound is a little weak due to small size of speakers. The cd unit played nicely. Has clock, kitchen timer, and auto-off timer which is great for working in the garage and forgetting to turn it off. But, I purchased the unit for radio reception and was forced to return due to lots of static and bad reception. Nicely packaged,...

I was looking for a small, lightweight CD player with speakers to listen to audiobooks. This Panasonic model hits the mark! Typical Panasonic high quality and light as a feather...mainly because it uses AA batteries and not heavier Cs as most of them require. Also comes with AC adaptor. I purchased from Jeffstar1 on Amazon and have been happy as a clam with the purchase.
