This CD player has got everything you could possibly wish for. It's got a 40-seconds anti chock, which RARELY skips. Dropping it didn't even make it skip. Then you got a AM/FM tuner on top of the CD-player. The reception is not the best, but you can strengthen it by pressing one of the buttons on it. It makes it much much better. You got your average goods, like the hold, random, resume functions, as well as an AC adapter. Oh, it's got a play/stop button as well. The special adapter thingy will let you put CD player on, radio on, or off, skip tracks, change volume, and forward through songs. It's not flashy but it does the job well. Overall, this is the best CD player. There is also another Sony AM/FM tuner CD player, but it is VERY thick. This is very thin and handy. Plus the song quality is wonderful, and it plays CD-Rs without problem, which is a great plus for people like me who burns CDs. So all in all, i would recommend this to anyone, and i guarantee you won't be dissappointed!! I sure wasn't! Oh, and did i mention it doesn't eat up batteries? It uses both AAA and AA, so it's perfect!

This is the best discman i ever had! it doesn't skip at all! and even if the lid is open the disc won't fall out because there is a safety button there. it is very thin and easy to handle at school i can listen to it just by leaving it in my bag and taking out the remote control! it always gives a clear and crisp sound which is excellent if i put it on the loudest volume and leave it in one corner of the room and take off the headphones i can hear the music from the other side of the room so it really is excellent! i recommend that everyone who read this review to buy this discman.

I have had this CD player for the last two years and I love it. Sometimes when I have been driving and have had to slam on the brakes, the CD player went flying and hit the dashboard and the cd's kept playing without interruption! I am not exaggerating either! On the mountains of Colorado my car would be bouncing all around and still no problem with the playback! I am getting another one because I have been pretty rough on mine and have beat it to the ground. I spent three hours looking for this brand (if that tells you anything) and finally found it on this website! Thank God!
I highly recommend this model to anyone! You won't be disappointed.

I have this CD player for about 3 years. It is really good. It plays AM/FM perfectly and 15 AM and 15 FM radio station memory, so if you wanna listen to the radio, jus press the button on the remote control and that's it.

Don't you like that radio station? Change on the remote control to other (as long as it was previous memorized)

Tired of the radio? just press the remote control again and you go back to CD and if you don't remember that music you can fast foward on the remote control and even skip it to the next. The radio is tuned with the city mode that caption the waves better and the cd has a very good skip mode that works.

Ok, so that's enough for me, I don't need anything else. BUT I am the biggest clumsy of the whole world and any CD player wouldn't last one month with me, but guess what, I've dropped this one from the car window (not moving) I dropped from tables, from the roof of the car, my sister throwed it at me and it hit the wall ( I don't know how it survived this one) I've taken a shower while listening to it. (of course i didn't put in the shower but the bathroom got really humid)

Nothing could damage this, until the day I went into the sauna with it and stayed there for 3 hours. It didn't stop working though, but it got moody and it worked only when it wanted to. ok here is another survival story because it survived me hitting it every time it didn't work. I asked a friend (not authorized from panasonic) to open it and fix it, I have no idea what he did but it is working again. sometimes it gets moody again but then start working. But please for what I did with it, it wasn't suppose to last the first month.

So you wanna a CD player, with radio and remote control that really works and is strong? that's the one. and the price is good, now if you don't think you need all this, you are wrong, the best for the lesser price remember?
