This little beauty is great. It's easy to use. Not only does it play mp3 songs, it also has an fm tuner. There is also a recorder and language learner. It is so easy, my seven year uses it. I just recently went on a six hour trip and it kept him quiet the whole time. The only downfall I can find is that I go through a lot of batteries. Its well worth it. Thanks so much for the description before I bought. I don't know nothing about these little machines and my first purchase was so easy. I also like the strap so you can hang it around your neck and the ear buds are really neat because one it longer than the other and two people sitting side by side and can listen together. Its great.

I can't even rate this player for sound quality because the songs I put on it would not play. This MP3 player is a worthless piece of crap. I understand that it's cheap, but one requirement for a product, no matter how much you pay for it, is that the thing should work.
I bought this as a present for my mother and she harassed me daily until I could get it to work. The worst part is IT NEVER WORKED!! The buttons are confusing and I read the manual front to back to figure this thing out. They have a few buttons that are supposed to perform all the functions of the player, but they are controlled by how long you press the button. Even setting presets for the radio was an hour long hassle. I downloaded four CDs onto the player and it still said "No tracks to play". Then, after trying to get it to cooperate it began to shut off on me. I would press the menu button and the whole thing would shut off. Also, a dark spot appeared on the screen after having it for 2 days. I'm also not crazy about the fact that this uses batteries instead of a built in rechargeable battery. I have nothing positive to say about this player, except that the backlight was a pretty blue.

This is the best player for the price. It was easy for me to get music for it. I wish they had more available for gifts for my younger nieces/nephews.

Does exactly what it is intended to do. Easy to put music on and operate. I keep it in my purse for when needed.

I bought it just for the FM radio function, and that's all I've tried so far.
I program computers for a living, and still, I found it frustrating to learn how to use it. (I didn't realize I was getting so old.) Once you learn it, it works pretty well. It gets better reception than an old Sony Walkman I have. If you listen mostly to just one station, it's pretty simple once you get it set up.

A great little MP3 player. I got it here on Amazon for a TOTAL of $20 dollars and that included the shipping (and Worth every penny). You can,in fact, use Windows Media Player to transfer the files from your computer to the player,as long as you bear in mind the fact that they will be transferred to the root directory in the player,THEN they'll need to be moved into a sub-directory called PLAYER in the root directory (I used Windows Explorer). Then they'll play just fine.

This is a piece of junk. I purchased for my 9 yr old. You can not turn it off without removing the battery, it does't download songs for Itunes or any othe site. DO NOT BUY

I bought this because it was inexpensive and had FM-radio capability. My intent was to be able to tune in to the morning news programs at the gym (each television is tuned to a different station and one uses the posted FM frequency to follow the audio).
I'm still trying to figure out how to make the thing work. After struggling to get it to talk to my PC, I finally managed to transfer some music files, but I'm still working on actually playing back the music I downloaded. And the FM capability has so far defeated me. I'm not a technology maven but I'm not exactly incompetent either. And I'm stubborn, so I'll get the thing to work because I refuse to give up. Oh, and the instruction sheet isn't the most enlightening, either. |
