I have had my tv for a year and a 4 inch blue shaded line has appeared on the left side of the screen and I called panasonic because I was still under warranty. they set up an appointment with a local repair shop. they sent him some parts to replace but this did not fix it. He called them and told them it did not work so now they're sending new parts again. but he thinks its the whole screen thats bad. so now this has taken a two weeks to fix it.

I purchased this television in November, 2007. After 14 months of problem-free use, it suddenly stopped working one day. I got the "Seven Blinking Lights of Death", which meant service was required. After one month of testing and replacing boards, my service rep now tells me that the panel is bad. The panel has a two year warranty, so I should be covered, but who needs this much hassle? A $1,500 unit should work longer than 14 months. I will never buy Panasonic again.

I have had this for 10 months - Im impressed!!!
