There's not much to say about these glasses. If you have a Panasonic passive 3D television, these glasses let you see the 3D. You get two glasses in the package. They fit pretty well and are flexible enough to allow you to wear them even over regular glasses. They're light. They work. My TV came with four pairs, but I decided to get a couple more so that I could accommodate more people if they were here, and they work perfectly for that.

Just keep in mind that these are for the passive 3D TVs. They are NOT the active shutter glasses that require batteries.

I got 4 of them with my Viera TV, and 2 have broken (cracked plastic) in the same place in the same fashion (just above the left brow, cracking away from the forehead).

Because of the similarity of the breakage, I am guessing this is a design flaw. There are no hinges on the glasses, and they are designed in such a way to flex to accomodate different sized heads/faces. Because the flex is not provided by hinges, but just the natural flexing properties of the bridge connecting the two sides, this leads to a certain amount of wear on the structural integrity of this plastic piece every time you use the glasses. Eventually, I think they will all give out in this way.

Of course I could be wrong, and I could have just gotten two bad units. They could have been damaged during shipping.

Be especially careful if you have to wear them over normal eyeglasses, as you will need to flex them even more to put them on.

Other than that, they work great in providing the 3D effect. The 3D is amazing.

I will update again if more break.

they only work with panasonic led/lcd tv's. the compatability chart is wrong and they need to change it .the chart suggest that the vt/gt blutooth series are compatable and they are not.

I also have had the problem with the arms breaking apart. After two of my glasses broke, I contacted Panasonic and they stated that since it is physical issue the glasses are not covered under any type of warranty. Even after I mentioned that a lot of people are complaining about the same issue, they stated that it is not covered and that there is nothing they can do. Thanks to Amazon I got my money back.

Any other passive glasses set will work with a Panasonic TV (even the ones you get at the movies). Do not buy these ones!

I purchased these glasses to replace the ones that came with the Panasonic TC-L55ET5. Two of the ones provided with the TV broke within the first two weeks. These ones suffered the same fate. The arms broke almost in the same place when taking them off. I am currently using LG passive glasses and they are of much better quality. I have also purchased a few generic sets on Ebay (the ones you get at the movie theater) and they work fine and seem to be of much better quality than the Panasonic ones.

These glasses should all be recalled. They break easily in the same place- the middle of the ear pieces. Three of my pairs have broken already.

I found out that my TV requires active 3d glasses and these are passive. Just because they are panasonic Viera just like my TV they are not the glasses I needed. But they are nice glasses and seem to of decent quality

The chart is wrong. The Plasma TVs (even the 2012 models) do not work with passive 3D. These glasses are being returned.
