5.0 out of 5 stars These are the best 3D Glasses I've used
I originally bought the Avatar Package when I got my Panasonic 55ST30. I was not a fan of the second gen glasses and they didn't fit well over glasses at all. I returned them and waited for something else to come out. I picked these up a couple weeks ago and they are great. The best 3D glasses I have used. They fit over glasses really well and I even forget I have them on...

versus
3.0 out of 5 stars Good, but.........................
They work good for viewing 3D movies. They are way too fragile, especially with children. The glasses are too big for anyone other than a big adult.

5.0 out of 5 stars These are the best 3D Glasses I've used, September 9, 2011

I originally bought the Avatar Package when I got my Panasonic 55ST30. I was not a fan of the second gen glasses and they didn't fit well over glasses at all. I returned them and waited for something else to come out. I picked these up a couple weeks ago and they are great. The best 3D glasses I have used. They fit over glasses really well and I even forget I have them on sometimes while watching 3D. They are extremely light and the battery last forever. I charged them when I first got them for about 40 minutes and have been using them for 2 weeks now without having to charge them again. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't come with a case so I had to find one on my own. I couldn't find any glasses case that would fit them so I got a pencil box. The 2 pairs of glasses fit great in the case and it looks good to. If you have a Panasonic 3DTV I would highly recommend these glasses! They are a huge step forward from the 1st and 2nd gen Panasonic glasses.

The order was received on time and the products came as advertised. I have been using them for about one month now and they are great. Nice and light. No issues whatsoever. This would have been a 5 star review if a couple of cases for the glasses had been included.

received it on time and worked as advertised. Having two 3D is fine for now. May buy another two if the price drops by half.

These glasses fit well over my glasses, are light weight and comfortable, and, combined with our 60" Panasonic plasma set, provide 3D images superior to anything I have experienced with the polarized glasses provided at the theater. They're great!

4.0 out of 5 stars Great glasses, but I wish the lens were bigger, December 28, 2011

These are pretty comfortable to wear and work great with my AE7000 projector. I find though, that they are a bit too big for me and a bit too small for my husband. I think I will be ordering a small pair for me and a large pair for him. I really wish these came with a cradle and or a carrying case for storage and charging. I feel like I have no place safe to put them while charging. Also, I'm using some extra iPhone chargers to charge these glasses - I guess including chargers would be too costly?

Overall I do like the glasses. My next annoyance is that they aren't a bit bigger in the lens area. I have a large rack of equipment, and my DirecTV DVR LEDS keep distracting me a bit while watching the movie. I kept moving the glasses up and down trying to block out other light.

5.0 out of 5 stars Light and Comfortable, December 24, 2011

Just bought a 65 inch VT30 and the glasses that it came with are heavy and actually uncomfortable to wear. I ordered these to have extra on hand and now wear them all the time. They are light weight and they sit on your nose just right so that you can barely feel them on your face. I would recommend these to anyone with a Panasonic 3d set.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sleek Sexy Subtle Satisfactory, January 19, 2012

Just bought the Panasonic 46" ST30 and bought these glasses to match.
Glasses are great, lightweight, comfortable, and improve the quality of the picture - even if you aren't watching 3D.

One thing I am very impressed with - the ability to turn OFF 3D - this is great, because my grown sister hates 3D and she gets headaches - well when we all want to watch a movie in 3D, she use to suffer or not watch it with us - NOW she can click the button and turn off 3D! Awesome feature!

So far, I have watched Tron Legacy via Bluray on the PS3, some of Avatar & How to Train Your Dragon both via an MKV video file streaming to the TV via DLNA from the computer AND have played Wipeout & Motorsport in 3D on the PS3 - LOVE IT - the 3D gaming is awesome!

Glasses automatically stop "flickering" when you walk out of the room or turn your head away from the TV for more than 5 seconds - saves battery life.
You can also charge the glasses via a computer with the provided USB cable - you don't need to do this using the TV.

I saw reviews stating that because the glasses are so wide that you see a reflection from behind you - this is true, when i was testing them during the day it was a problem - but I watch 3D movies at night, so not a problem.

My One Complaint so far - they didn't come with a soft or hard case! Come on, the off-brand ones I bought even came with a softcase (sleeve) and a box!

Finally a sub-$100 priced set of active glasses to go with the best HDTVs on the market. With the newly redesigned model offering a quick recharge and lighter weight, these are sure to please those who enjoy 3D movies at home.

These glasses work great. They seem to be better than the second generation glasses that came with our TV. The picture seems to be slightly brighter and slightly sharper. There is not an enormous difference, but just barely apparent. We had to order additional glasses since our TV only came with one pair, and they are fine. However, the price is outrageous, especially when you consider that you don't even get cases with them. For the price, they should absolutely come with a case for each. What is up with that, Panasonic?
