My son-in-law needed a tough laptop as he is a pipeline inspector and this one seemed a good fit for him. However it did NOT come with any wireless as was on the product description. No Broadband WWAN or Wireless NIC card. Also, it advertised as coming with 2 ways to input the data, keyboard or touchscreen. That is also not true. Panasonic said the Toughbook 52 was not installed with the advertised wireless or touchscreen items. They can be installed by Panasonic as after market. However, the rest of the laptop is fantastic and we (previously Dell only purchasers) will probably go with Toughbook Laptops again. We will buy it elsewhere but love the computer.Panasonic Toughbook 52 15.4-Inch Widescreen Desktop
