when i ordered the computer i was alittle worried about a refurbished computerafter the order was placed i received it when i was told i would receive the condition was better than i thougt it would be the screen and key board was clean and no scratches when i prowered up the computer i found every thing like i was told except no ms office i called abcd computer and rob and mat where great they resolved my problem and received a disc in a few days they answered phone no phone tag it was a great buying experiance |
