I've always said that I would rather have a shoddy product with great tech support over a decent product with terrible support...and Panasonic is a perfect example. When my Panasonic TV arrived it displayed only a blank white screen when turned on, no matter what I did. After 90 minutes of confusing and sometimes outrageous (i.e. "no hold down every single button on your remote and count to ten....twice) they determined that it was broken but said that I should have it serviced instead of returning it. All I had to do was take my brand new TV that I needed for viewing things right away and drive it to a store 40 miles away, and then three weeks later drive another 80 miles round trip, just to pick up a TV that is by default now refurbished despite the full price I paid. They didn't see how this was a problem. Thankfully Amazon are customer service gurus. I returned this one and ordered a Vizio that showed up on my doorstep 9 hours later.

So I know I'm one of those one star folks that throw you off when you're trying to decide on a product just because they happened to get the one bad one out of a thousand but...my review is about what happened after my TV was delivered already broken...not the fact that Panasonic sold me a broken TV to begin with.

BEWARE.

I love this tv, perfect for the bedroom. Great picture! I hooked it up to my pc, as well as direct tv and it works for both. I have not been able to figure out why it changes from 720 to 1080 dpi...and it isnt the best choice if you plan to use it for a monitor for that very reason...but its a very nice tv!

I have an older and larger Panasomic LED as my primary TV and have always been pleased with it. When I wanted a TV for my bedroom, I naturally looked around but kept coming back to this Panasonic. It is perfect. Setup was super simple (used MediaBridge HDMI Flex)and the color is amazing. To improve the color on my non Panasonic small kitchen tv, I even used some of the color settings from this tv and the color was improved on that tv. My family have many different brands of TVs and after seeing them, I don't think Panasonic can be beat for color and performance. If it wasn't smaller, I would switch it out with my main TV in a New York minute.

I have been a loyal Panasonic owner for years (currently have six Panasonic TVs and have recommended them to many others). HOWEVER, this unit is a great disappointment. The picture is not at all crisp (hooked up to a Direct TV HD receiver) and the audio is TERRIBLE!!! Fortunately, with my Direct TV receiver, I can pass the audio directly to my audio system. If I did not have this option, I would have returned the unit. Note, this TV does not come with an analog audio out, only digital, so your output options are limited if you want to listen thru alternative speakers.

Panasonic completely missed the boat with this unit. What a shame!!

I was looking for an affordable small-medium sized TV for my dorm room. I watch cable tv, blu-ray movies, and game a lot. So I needed something with good picture AND low input delay/lag whatever you want to call it. I finally found this 24 inch Panasonic and, after trying it out, I love it. It has great picture in my opinion. Watching movies is fantastic. For gaming purposes, this TV is top notch. I play many first person shooters, and I'm extremely sensitive to input lag. I cannot stand to play on a TV that has the slightest hint of input delay. At first, there was some barely noticeable delay, but I switched off some picture settings in the tv menu (A.I. Picture and Video NR)and that solved the problem. I am a very avid gamer and can confidently say this TV has no noticeable lag. Very satisfied with this buy!

Also, I wanted to know this before I bought, but couldn't find it anywhere. Also, I had the Panasonic VIERA TC-L24X5. The inputs may be different on other tv sizes, but I'm not sure.

The available connections on this tv are:
1 HDMI, 1 component (HD component, not the standard red/white/yellow), 1 PC (VGA, not DVI), 1 Cable/Antenna.
The TV also has a usb port for playing media files, but I haven't tried it out.

The Panasonic VIERA has a great picture and the 24 inch is the right size for use in the kitchen. The sound is a little tinny but you would expect that given the small size of the speakers. Good TV for the price.

The TV was just as described. Sharp picture, great color and easy remote. No problems, easy set up, great packaging and handling.LED is better than my other LCD TV. No need for 1080p with this size. Very satisfied.

I needed a new 32" tv and did a lot of research on Amazon reviews as well as CNET and other review sites. I have had plenty of Panasonic electronics in my time and have never been disappointed so after researching I settled on this tv. I have had it for a couple of months and I am very happy with it. I use it as a bedroom tv and it's perfect. I especially like how thin it is, compared to the Samsung 32" flat screen that I have. It has good features and a great picture. I have no complaints about this television at all and would recommend it to anyone looking for a 32" at a reasonable price.

This TV has a great picture quality, but a poor sound quality. With my cable TV provider I have to use the remote that the TV came with to turn on and off the TV which is a pain. This TV has a great picture quality, I just wish the sound was better. Overall I probably would recommend this TV if you have surround speakers.
