I purchased this Panasonic Viera 37" LCD with Ipod Docking station 2 weeks ago. Beautiful clear picture, awesome sound and I love the fact that you can connect your Ipod or Iphone to it and play your music directly from your television.I also love the SD card slot, makes looking at your pictures so much nicer than on the computer, which you can also hook up. I thought the price was fantastic on Amazon, I priced it at several other online stores and department stores, and you can't beat the Prime shipping, got it quick and the delivery guy brought it in took it out of the box and made sure everything was perfect. The only complaint I have is with the manual the directions for the Viera link are somewhat elusive, I'm still trying to figure that one out, especially if you are using a remote control from your digital cable company as opposed to the remote that came with the television. I have purchased Panasonic products in the past, and have always found them to be well made and long lasting. I would definitely recommend this TV for someone who is looking for a second set for the family room/den which is where ours is.

When I needed a tv, I was leaning towards a Panasonic, but thought I'd check out the other manufacturers. On a cold and wet Sunday, my husband and I traveled to 3 different stores, the end result of which was coming home with nothing. I went on Amazon.com and found exactly what I was looking for! This Panasonic has everything you'd want in a tv. From the cabinet, to the screen, to the picture you couldn't ask for more. It is extremely easy to set up. For HD tv you simply need to connect an HDMI cable. The screen is a 37", but it actually looks bigger than most 37". All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. No need to go to stores ever again!

Great service. Packed very well. Set up worked first time which is unusal for me. The sound is very good to my hard-of-hearing ears. I would recommend this product and seller to anyone.

Picture quality is frequently a function of the source signal and the source associated with this TV is far from great, but at that, the picture is quite acceptible.
The main feature that impresses me in this unit is the sound quality. I am quite pleased with its clarity. I have a Samsung which I most often augment with earphones or external speakers. With the sound quality of the Panasonic I have not felt it necessary to use either.

I am very pleased with this product. The quality of the picture is excellent and it suits my needs very well. The price was also the best I could find anywhere.

I bought this TV from a dealer and within ONE day the screen completely distorted and turned red and audio was the only thing working. When I called the dealer they told me that I would have to deal with the manufacturer! So I call Panasonic and talked to customer service who AGREED with me that I should get a replacement tv BUT it wasn't up to him and had to forward it to management and we should hear from them within 24-48 hours...IT'S BEEN 25 DAYS and not one phone call returned to me! When my local repair guy called to get authorization from panasonic they told him not to touch it cuz it's in managements hands and have to wait til it's resolved! So there I sat for 3 WEEKS with a busted tv! Thank God my local repair guy took pitty on me and fixed a bad connector and it's working...but for how long...who knows what else is gonna go wrong and when? And now Panasonic doesn't want to pay him! I have called 6 times been on hold for a total of 5 hours, been disconnected twice and talked to 4 differnt managers and one of the managers called the repair guy and left him a nasty message! The only reason I bought a panasonic was because my repair guy recommended them and said they were awsome to work with and now he feels so bad for the hell I have been through. In my opinion for what I paid I should have a 100% working TV and not be stuck with a lemon that has to be fixed all the time! I feel Panasonic should have given me an extended warranty free for my troubles and/or just sent me a NEW TV but the one manager said the the tv is warrantied for 1 year for parts and labor and Panasonic was one of the FEW that offer that anymore! I thought BS all TV manufacturers offer that. When I had a problem with my Toshiba they sent me a new TV directly from them without ANY hassle...THEY KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL GET MY $$$ FROM NOW ON! Panasonic doesn't care about or value their customers at all in my opinion! Simple fix or not Panasonic should stand behind their product!

Do not buy a Panasonic TV. My Panasonic Viera LCD TV keeps turning itself off and putting itself into standby mode. The red power light blinks, but you can't turn the TV back on. This happens sporadically without a pattern or reason. Some days are better than others for the TV. Contacting Panasonic to try to get them to repair the TV under warranty is an exercise in frustration. It seems that Panasonic's tactic is to stonewall, lie, and delay you until you give up in frustration, so that they never have to repair their knowingly defective product. Apparently, this TV defect is very common across all Panasonic TV models, and Panasonic's disreputable customer service behavior is their standard practice as well. I am so disgusted with Panasonic that I will never buy another Panasonic product ever again. The Panasonic company of today has become a disreputable company trading on its past brand name image. Panasonic cannot be trusted to build a quality product anymore and can no longer be trusted to honor its warranty promises. Be forewarned.

Bought this as a present for the kids to share. The TV was delivered a day early even using the super savor from Amazon. The TV is VERY easy to setup and use and the IPOD docking station feature is worth a few extra bucks. The kids plugged in their IPOD nano and they were watching their videos on the big screen. They are loving that feature.

The picture is nice both with the cable box and without. There are plenty of ports and they are easy to get to and use. Remote is very easy to use. Sound was pretty good, but dont expect a lot of bass (as with most LCDs these days).

I usually get Samsungs TVs (own a 52" 7 series) but you must use another speaker on that series. The Panasonic fit the bill plus this set went on sale for $480 when I got it.

I reieved this TV for x-mass. I cant compare it to other HD flat screen tv's because this is my first. I cant really tell a difference between 720 and 1080 but i do know the picture on this is great. I just have basic cable without digital cable just the co-axle cord going right into the tv. The picture looks great. My playstation games and blue rays are awesome in 720p. Not sure how to use the viera link yet but it seems pretty cool. The iPod dock was also a nice bonus. setup was super simple and fast. 37 inches seems perfect and not "hey look at how big my tv is' but "isnt this the perfect size". Panasonic seems to know what they are doing and have a good price. Worth the buy.
