Can't make it work properly no matter what we do.
It just flashes and it is impossible to set it up. It is definiteky a oiece of "_____ "

These people are either hating on this great little frame or are clearly over 40 and have no clue on how to work any of todays gadgets. Not the best, but great for its price. Super easy to set up and jump from menu to menu. BUY ONE!

This thing comes with a user manual that is useless because it is so small you need an electron microscope to see it. The buttons do not respond and adjustment is nearly impossible. I bought this for my mother but refused to send it to her after trying to configure it. I am quite knowledgeable of electronics and computers having worked on them since 1976. This is not something you want.

The box says it is 3.5" but that is the frame itself, not the image size which is actually about 2" x 2.5". I don't even mind that it is small as it is for my desk at work but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get working! I have read the owners manual several times now and the buttons just do not do what they are supposed to. It is incredibly frustrating! The owners manual itself is so itsy bitsy it is nearly impossible to read in the first place! Don't buy it!

Received this as a gift and not pleased. Display is 3.5" diagonally, but only about 2"x2.75", so pics appear quite small. Resolution is poor, also, so don't expect anything to look decent other than close-ups lacking detail. There's nothing intuitive about the controls. The user guide is ridiculously unhelpful. I have normal eyesight and needed a magnifying glass to read it. It describes plug-and-play ease of use, which is true only if you're using a memory card. The box says "copy your images directly from your PC" but, in an amazing case of manufacturer idiocy, the user guide does not make a single mention of this process. So you're on your own using the PC interface, which is hardly simple, even for an experienced computer user. The user guide also makes reference to buttons that simply do not exist on the product. Unless you're looking for a tiny and user-unfriendly frame, take a pass on this overpriced disappointment.
