Do not waste your money on this machine just keep going to your local walgreens and print your pictures there.

The printer does quickly create photo-printed quality prints and does so without the need to connect to a computer. The quality is excellent and speed is good too.

There are a few design shortcomings. The printer makes a nice, compact unit but is a bit more ungainly when you add the paper magazine. This would not be an issue except that you cannot remove the magazine while there is paper still in it unless you hand onto the loading card and put it back on top of the remaining paper for the next time you install it. This is unfortunate for an item which should be easily transportable.

It also is really easy to get dust in the printer or magazine and this causes lines in the printed image.

Still....it is good value for anyone who would like to go directly from media card to print in the field.

My Daughter and her friends love this, it's fantastic that you don't need ink, and the pictures come out great.
I brought this thinking it would connect directly to an iPhone, it doesn't which isn't a problem because you can use memory cards, flash drives etc...

Thank you.

This little printer is absolutely wonderful. I think it is the most fun item anyone could have at a gathering of friends or family. It prints remarkable quality pictures. The only drawback I see with this product is that it is not battery operated. If you are using a good DSLR camera, and want great pictures, this little printer works great.
The paper is Zink so you do not need ink cartridges, this makes it very light weight and very portable.
If anyone wants a fun, item that prints great quality pictures in a matter of seconds, please do not pass this item by. I like mine because I can print pictures of our great grand kids quick and easy. Buy it you will like it.

We have a few printers and it's expensive to purchase ink. This gadget is great for those quick print with no ink required. I bought the 100 pack paper and I'm good to go with what I want to print without having to worry about running out of ink or certain colors.

I noticed from previous reviews that the paper was no longer available. I just purchased the 40 pk today and there seems to be plenty in stock. I received the printer today and I will post my product review once I get a chance to test it out

If I could give this product and the company that sells it a negative star review, it would be closer to what it deserves.
I plugged it in the first time. It sparked at the plug in. I tried to turn it on and it never came on. Nada. I had bought it for my 11 year old to begin photography classes. We had waited a few weeks to even open the box because she didn't need it yet. I contacted the company, "The Factory Depot" and asked for help. They simply replied that they only warranty their products for 30 days.

"Dear Valued Customer,

This item was purchased 2013-01-31 and is passed our 30 day return policy as listed on amazon.
We can no longer take this item back.
Sorry for the inconvenience.".

"Delivery estimate: February 6, 2013 - February 11, 2013". They warranty their sales based on the day you pay for it, not the actual day you get it. February has 28 days. With the delivery date being the 11th, it was 6 days out of warranty. It was march 17th when I emailed them. I then called the tech help number in the manual that came with the printer. They told me that the company that makes this "Is no longer in business". The number is 1-800-715-5354. If you would like to verify this for yourself before you consider buying this. I asked "So you can't even tell me where I can go to find a new cord for this???" He simply repeated "I'm sorry, the company that made this product is no longer in business. There is no tech support or parts replacement for this product." I have a "new" photo printer that came with a cord that doesn't look like it supposed to be with it, and it blew up the printer when I first plugged it in...out of the box. "Order total: $48.98". I also bought 4 spare packages of printer paper for it. The paper only works with this product. Ripped off. Wasted money in a tough economy, and I work very hard for my money.

i think the polaroid one is better... although it prints much smaller ones. This one is heavy, and the charger is almost the same weight... LOL
It prints okay... cant say its good or bad...

I had a rather sour experience using the Polaroid PoGo printer when it first came out. The quality was iffy, and the color was off... So when other companies started using the Zero-Ink (Zink), I mostly ignored them.

However, recently I saw this printer pop up on one of the popular coupon websites for a very good price. I decided to snag one, and I was actually pretty impressed with the quality. It's not going to compare to a professionally printed photograph, but for casual use it's very nice, and offers you a crisp 4x6 print, borderless or with a border of your choosing (and also an option for adding a title or text).

I think it's a great idea for sharing photos with friends, scrapbooking, etc. It's a bit pricey for use in many other capacities, but you can also print more than one photo on a sheet so I guess it could also be useful in some other regards.

I don't think the printer has been that popular, and I worry the paper will end up discontinued... but for the time being it's a great little printer!
