I have used the 10, 12 and 15 inch Pandigital picture frames and the 12 inch in the best compromise size for viewing and display real eastate. The 10 inch screen is a little small and the 15 inch is a great size for viewing but it is rather large, 20 inches diagonally . The touch screen interface is much nicer than the buttons on the back or the remote that always gets misplaced. The touch screen takes a little while to get use to because you don't really touch the icons on the screen but the border above or to the right of the icons. The 2 GB internal memory is adequate if you shrink your pictures down to the recommended 1024x768 pixels. The random playback is a nice feature that seems to be missing from many other digital picture frames. I always make the date and peoples names a part of the picture file name so I wish there was a way to display this information along with the picture, maybe in a future release. For now I just put a date on each photo so people viewing have some reference point. All in all I am pleased with all three Pandigital photo frames, If you are looking for a large display format and have the space to put this frame you can view your photographs from a long distance.

Ordered this frame for a gift. Loaded some pictures then noticed a fixed red pixel on the lower left. I could see it on lighter pictures and very obviously when the picture was displayed as a portrait (red pixel was in black area to side of portrait picture). Let Amazon know of the problem, they immediately sent a replacement without even getting the broken one back (have 30 days to return the first one). Plugged in the new one, and found a fixed green pixel on the right side. Again could see it when it was in portrait mode, but really couldn't see it otherwise. Quite disappointed as the images look quite nice and the size of the frame really allows you to see the pictures well from across the room. I will be going with a different brand now.

I purchased it as a gift for a friend. It's very easy to use and the touch screen control is very convinient. I loaded some pictures and music (MP3). The screen is big and the image quarlity is good. The only issue is that it doesn't display the images in the order I want even after I named files in the alphabetical order and reset the times stamps. Overall I'm happy with the product.

For the price this is an excellent buy considering all the features and file storage size in this frame. The picture quality is really good. I gave this as a gift and preloaded photos on to frame. The process is very easy using the USB cord or an SD card. The process was a little trickier using the wireless feature (you need to purchase the WiFi dongle) and the instructions in the user's manual are not very good. Set up was easy and the touch screen is a nice feature however the response time is a bit slow so be patient when you are navigating through screens or you will lock the frame up and have to turn it off and restart the frame. After I gave the gift I found out the remote never worked and in order to find out if the problem was the remote of the frame you have to send everything back. The person I gave it to decided to not worry about it and just use the touch frame navigation. A tech savvy person should have no problems but a novice may need some assistance if they want to utilize most of the features available. In all, the frame is worth the price if it were just a basic digital picture frame. It is an excellent price with all the features provided you can deal with some frustration.

I purchased this in Jan 2011, and it is great, but my puppy got to the power supply and chewed on the cord. I called a litttle over 3 weeks ago and was told they were out and would be getting them in, in about 2 weeks and would mail it out free, which I thought was nice. Well just called today and they don't know when they will get them in, but will send it as soon as they get it, they are having a problem with vendor (China), so that means I paid a lot for something that is totally worthless to me.
Does anyone out there have a suggestion, this is real discouraging.

Overall a good buy. Menu is a bit cumbersome, i.e.takes time to change function, not immediately intuitive. Picture quality is good, magnetic "storage" for remote is clever. Uploading pictures to internal memory is relatively easy but time consuming. Easily change from internal memory to media card. Good selection of media card formats.

Let's say you buy a car. Leather seats, sunroof, great stereo, nav system. Sounds great... only one problem: it only turns left, unless you turn off the motor and manually set it for right turn mode.

This frame is similar. Lots of features, good image quality, and it even has a thoughtful magnetic holder for the remote.

Why, then, did the imbeciles who programmed it make it impossible to show both video and still images? You can do either with this frame, but not both.

I just cannot fathom the incompetence of the product development manager. Here's a free hint: digital cameras capture both stills and videos. Believe it or not, consumers want to see both on a photo frame without manually switching back and forth.
