I ordered the charm for my birthday and was happy when I recieved it in 4 days. It looks just like the pictured and is good quailty. I would totaly order from them again!*After about 8 month the charm started to tarnish and is now a mix of blackish-silver and a copper coler...not to happy about that.

I can't believe how small this charm was. It looks like a good size in the picture but it was so tiny you could hardly read the word birthday. I would have spent more to have it a little larger.

I ordered two of these beads for both of my daughters for their birthdays. The word "birthday" was illegible on both beads. It wasn't just my eyes, no one could make it out. Because of this, it is hard to make out what it is supposed to be. This photo must be magnified 100X. If I had seen it up close prior to purchase, I would not have bought it.
