I ordered the charm for my birthday and was happy when I recieved it in 4 days. It looks just like the pictured and is good quailty. I would totaly order from them again!

*After about 8 month the charm started to tarnish and is now a mix of blackish-silver and a copper coler...not to happy about that.

I can't believe how small this charm was. It looks like a good size in the picture but it was so tiny you could hardly read the word birthday. I would have spent more to have it a little larger.

I ordered two of these beads for both of my daughters for their birthdays. The word "birthday" was illegible on both beads. It wasn't just my eyes, no one could make it out. Because of this, it is hard to make out what it is supposed to be. This photo must be magnified 100X. If I had seen it up close prior to purchase, I would not have bought it.

I purchased this charm for my daughter's 11th birthday. It was absolutely adorable, just like the picture. She loved it and was wearing it on her bracelet everyday. She had it less than a month when the coating began wearing off, the metal turned pink and there is no way to get it back to silver. As they say, you get what you pay for, which in this case was cheap metal.

I bought it as a gift not knowing it was not an actually Pandora bead, my bad but the person loved it. It seemed to be good quality and delivery was good. Good product and company.

I purchased 3 charms and a bracelet and I only received 2 charms and the bracelet. Then the items were supposed to come in a nice box but I received a broken box. When I emailed them about the charm and explained to them that I did not receive it they emailed me back the tracking information..How rude..Do not order from them.
