Wrong and Wronger,

This charm turns out not to be Pandora compatible as it claimed to be.This, along with being sent the totally wrong charm for one of the other 3 charms on this order, wouldn't be as big a problem if Pugster responded to my e-mail or could actually be reached at their endless on hold customer nonservice number. So I'm stuck with 2 of 3 items that aren't right. I surely will not waste my money or time with them again.

I would like to not give this product any stars. It tarnished after only 2 weeks and looks horrible. Warning: Unlike Amazon and most online retailers, Pugster does not pay for return shipping, even when the error is clearly their fault. Lesson learned.
