5.0 out of 5 stars Panic Disorders?, May 30, 2000
This review is from: The Panic Attack Anxiety-Phobia Solutions Handbook (Paperback)
This is a wonderful book. It is written in a way that is very readable. It has helped me to better understand what is happening to me, and i have found great relief knowing that i am not alone. I think this book would be excellent for family members to read, so that they too will understand just how devestating panic disorder can be to all of those involved. I haven't been able to put the book down! It is full of great information! Definitly recommended to anyone suffering from panic and anxiety disorders.
