I've been using Panicyl for a little over 2 months. I needed something to lesson
my fear and anxiety in my general life...especially around groups of people.
I started with the 2 capsules but that seemed a little too much as I felt rather
disconnected and with low energy. 1 capsule has been better actually giving me somewhat more awareness of my feelings in general without the "panicky" mind stuff.

First of all, this product may work different for everyone. I've had this issue in the past, certain products have given me anxiety, (like SAMe). Something in this product actually raised my anxiety levels, I tried it 8 times with the exact results everytime. I got racing thoughts and higher levels of anxiety.

I just recieved my first order of Panicyl today. I have been suffering from panic disorder and anxiety for 8 years and have recently completely weened off paxil after taking it for 3 years so I've been extra anxious and stressed. I was feeling very anxious when I got home today when saw the package sitting on my kitchen counter. I had been having panic attacks all day so I ripped open the box, pulled out the bottle, opened it, and took my very first pill. In minutes I went from being completely panicked to being the calmest and most relaxed I have been in a long time. I took the pill almost 7 hours ago and still feel great! I would recommend this product to anyone who has panic attacks, anxiety, or who gets stressed out more often than usual.

I am a nurse practioner and have access to whatever pharmaceauticals I need for stress and anxiety. Unfortunately, these prescriptions for antidepressants and benzo's come with a high price tag. Only take 1 each day but I do feel a little more energy. Don't have that much energy when I forget to take it.

I have tried seryden and it was a joke. It accually gave me anxiety. I went to the doctor and she gave me celexa. After reading all the bad side effects people where having I decided not to take them. So I got a bottle of panicyl. After about 1 week I was happier, less tired, with no depression. It also boosted my sex drive bigtime. I went from having sex once a week to 1 to 2 times a day. I just ordered 2 more bottles. I love the stuff

This product did as described. It has leveled out my mood and really has lessened much of my daily anxiety.
