Nice book with loads of great Panini ideas. Vivid, glossy pictures make everything look mouth-watering! I gave this as part of a gift basket I put together along with some wonderful mustards, olive oil, crusty bread,a bottle of wine etc. It was very well received and I purchased a second copy for myself. Enjoy and happy pressing!

Just recently purchased this cookbook. So far I have enjoyed all the recipes. Easy to make, only 5 fillings or less. Includes breakfast and dessert panini.
