See the price then set your expectation
First of all, I gave it a 4 star because of its price. With this price one should not expect a fish eye. But still, the wide angle works. This is just for fun for beginners-may not be used for serious photography. Image quality is OK type. Dont use it in low lights. The construction-i dint like.the rings are not properly shaped i guess. It fits well but...

Falling Apart
I just received this lens in the mail today, and I attached it my D90's 50mm lens and as soon as the motor kicked in the fisheye FELL APART! I put it back together and figured maybe the lens came loose while being mailed. Tried it again and the shutter wouldn't go, but the lens stayed together. I tried again and the lens fell apart. I'm returning this and I don't...

But still, the wide angle works. This is just for fun for beginners-may not be used for serious photography. Image quality is OK type. Dont use it in low lights. The construction-i dint like.the rings are not properly shaped i guess. It fits well but not like other lenses. But still I will recommend this to all. Just buy it if you are far far away from the actual fish eye lense. ADDED on 11/03 : I changed my camera from D60 to D200 and this lense does not seem to work with any of 18-55 or 50 mm..the focus is blurred even in the view finder its clear. |
