Good for wavy hair, don't buy it for the scent,
By I got a free sample of this shampoo from someone I know who works at Proctor and Gamble and honestly I only tried it because she asked me to and I figured a non-salon shampoo wasn't going to make much difference. Well it did! People commented on how my hair looked and asked if I had gotten it styled. To be honest (between bouts of expensive salon products) I used to be someone who chose their hair products by scent and Pantene doesn't have the greatest scent. It's not bad, but it's not nice either. However I notice the difference if I switch to a better smelling shampoo as my hair starts to frizz up again.

Great for curly hair,
By
This review is from: Pantene Pro-V Shampoo, Hydrating Curls, 25.4 fl oz (750 ml) (Health and Beauty)
My husband and I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for curly hair for years. His is only wavy, mine extremely curly. We both love the results and have certainly not had any problems with our skin breaking out. Some people have sensitivity to certain ingredients I guess, but based on the popularity of the product, I doubt most people have this reaction. I would highly recommend.

Lovely Hair - Bad Skin,
This review is from: Pantene Pro-V Shampoo, Hydrating Curls, 25.4 fl oz (750 ml) (Health and Beauty)
I have hair which depending on my cycle of donation to Locks of Love can reach down to my waist. I have tried many hair care products over the years to keep my hair healthy and growing so that I can reach this length. I recently tried the Pantene Pro-V Shampoo for curls. It comes in a 25.4oz / 750ml container which I find a great size - large enough that it lasts a while, small enough that it's easy to hold. I *really* like the container design. You can easily sit it on its "top". That means it is always easy to get out the shampoo even when you're down to the very end. All shampoo makers should make containers of this design. I love the texture of this shampoo. It is thick enough to coat the hair, but no so thick that you are working hard to get it into all the layers. This may be more of an issue for people like me with long hair, but I imagine even people with short hair want to get all their hair washed. The shampoo is a nice pearlescent look and does a good job of lifting and separating the hair to get in everywhere and allow the dirt and oil to get out. It washes away cleanly and does a good job of cleaning my hair. I really would love this shampoo - but I realized after using it for a few days that my face was breaking out badly. I thought it was just a coincidence, but then my son who had been using it as well mentioned that HIS face was having issues. I started to put two and two together. I had us both switch off the shampoo and POOF our faces cleared up instantly. So for us, at least, this is great for the hair and really not good for our skin. I don't have this problem at all with the mane-and-tale shampoo I usually use.
