Directions
For best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor.

I have been using Pantene Anti-Dandruff Shampoo + Conditioner for four months now, and the only time I have flakes or other symptoms of dandruff is if I stop using it for a few days.
Pantene is the only company I know that gets the shampoo + conditioner concept right, and this shampoo is so gentle that I only condition my hair once a week. It doesn't smell like dandruff shampoo, nor have I noticed any damage to my hair by using it. On the contrary, my hair is quite shiny now (as well as flake free)! The only downside of this product is the fact that the 2-in-1 conditioner part builds up in your hair after frequent use, so make sure you pair this with a good clarifying shampoo (I suggest Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo).

I have tried other anti-dandruff products which are more expensive than Pantene anti-dandruff but nothing compares to this product. My dandruff has been bothering for a while. Other brands do get rid of the dandruff but always leave my hair dry, flaky and smell. Pantene anti-dandruff makes my hair smooth and I can't believe my hair is not itchy anymore with just one wash! I will definitely recommend this product to my friends.

I used to suffer with dandruff and various shampoos controlled it to differing degrees. Head and Shoulders was only ever partially successful and after a day the dandruff was back with a vengeance. Alphosyl worked but used to dry my scalp out. Neutrogena T-Gel did not work as well as Alphosyl, and still dried my scalp out.
In the end I tried Pantene and was delighted with the result. In a day it cleared my dandruff completely, and it did not return. My scalp no longer itched and there was no dryness at all. I have used Pantene for over two years now but whenever I have returned to other brands due to non avalability of Pantene, the dandruff has invariably returned. Nowadays, I keep a large stock of Pantene.... Oh and here is another plus, it has made my hair seem thicker too.
