5.0 out of 5 stars All you need for free-lancing
I have long wanted to have a set of Pantone chips, but the prices for the usual, larger collections are more than I would want to spend just to make a few things for a few clients. These are perfect. 100 colors is enough most of the time, and it is a nice small package.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do Not Order - Trade Up
This is a waste of money. My hope was to get a good range of colors for less than $30 to avoid paying $120 for the full Pantone book. However, this is not a good range of colors - as an example there are 14 oranges and 13 reds, but there are no pinks, only 4 browns, only 3 deep greens, and almost no pastels. If all you need are bright primary colors fine, but if you...

5.0 out of 5 stars Quick reference guide, March 12, 2009
This review is from: Pantone 100 Top Colors (Personal Computers)
It is only a quarter of an inch thick, so it is easy to carry around. 100 colors is a little bit limited, but is a good reference tool. 200 colors I think would make it perfect. Overall it is fun and easy to carry around and fits in your pocket (in men's jeans and khakis).

1.0 out of 5 stars RGB or CMYK? can't tell until you open the package, December 14, 2009

If it matters to you whether you are viewing RGB or CMYK colors, you shouldn't depend on the description of this product to tell you that information. I needed CYMK colors, but that isn't what the top 100 colors are.

Covers the basic Pantone colors (probably why they call it the Top 100). Handy reference tool.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy, practical but not 100% Accurate, August 5, 2009
This review is from: Pantone 100 Top Colors (Personal Computers)
Hi, i'm a designer at a digital printer shop and i wanted a pallete of Pantone colors to help me guide my self and my clients through picking the right colors. But i tested it on three diffrent printers. On a HP All-in-one desk jet, the colors where a little dull, then again on a Docu Color 12 wich where pretty damn close and finally on the large plotter printer wich lef me wanting more for this product. Over all i give it a 4 since i really wanted accurate colors 'cuz my main costumers are extremely picky, so for me this is more like a guide yet you won't get the exact colors you'de expect. Still i love it and want to plastify o laminate it cuz it's VERY delicate.
