This universally recognized system offers an easy and accurate method of color communication between designers and plastics manufacturers. The complete set contains a full palette of 735 transparent colors and 1,005 opaque colors (including over 900 cross references to the PantoneMATCHING SYSTEM and PantoneTEXTILE Color System). Each color chip provides three steps of thickness to display different levels of translucency. Chips are conveniently arranged and stored in custom three-ring binders. I bought the Pantone PPTQ100 Plastics Opaque and Transparent Selector about two months ago and paid more than $2800 for it.

When I received it was only two binders instead of five. I contacted them and took me MORE THAN A MONTH to have them replace the order. After all the struggle and headache I got the package again today and STILL MISSING THREE OF THE FIVE BINDER PACKAGE.

I am down $2000 and I am still struggling with these bozos. This is the worst on-line shopping experience I have had.
