The Worst Customer Service,

I bought the Pantone PPTQ100 Plastics Opaque and Transparent Selector about two months ago and paid more than $2800 for it.When I received it was only two binders instead of five. I contacted them and took me MORE THAN A MONTH to have them replace the order. After all the struggle and headache I got the package again today and STILL MISSING THREE OF THE FIVE BINDER PACKAGE. I am down $2000 and I am still struggling with these bozos. This is the worst on-line shopping experience I have had. |
