Product Description
Each Flower Tools Gift Set includes a utility knife with retractable blade, 6 in 1 screwdriver, and 5 oz. claw Hammer with screwdriver inside. Floral patterns and colors will vary.
The utility Knife has a retractable blade, heavy duty metal casing, and includes two double sided blades.
The 6 in 1 screwdriver comes with two double ended alloy steel bits #1 & #2 phillips and 3/16" & 9/32" slotted. The handle can be used as a 1/4" and a 5/16" nut driver. Floral patterns and colors will vary.
The 5 oz. Claw Hammer is 8" long and constructed of heavy duty steel. Each hammer is silk screened with a colorful floral design and has one phillips screwdriver and three flat head screwdrivers all conveniently stored away in the handle of the hammer.

The Flower Tools Gift set is very pretty and very handy. As a matter of fact, I used the screw driver the first day I got it to put together a lap top cart. So, why you ask, is this only 2 stars? Well, the utility cutter arrived in its original packaging, but the blade is rusty. It must have gotten wet at some point. The screw driver and the hammer are fine. Not really a big deal, but I figured I'd contact PJ Tool & Supply to get a new blade.
Here's their response "Please return the blade to us. If we determine it is rusty and worn than we will gladly send you a new one and reimburse you for shipping." (Note: I cut and pasted this, the grammatical errors are theirs.)
Seriously?!?!?! They can't trust me enough to just send me a new blade? It's rusty...you know, orange-ish brown? I never said it was worn, just rusty. I didn't ask them to replace the entire order, or even the cutter, just a blade.
If this is their idea of quality customer service, I'm not going to be ordering from PJ Tool & Supply again.

I keep this set of tools in my classroom. One piece or another is used several times a week. It's small, so I can keep it in my desk, but it works! Great for anyone who doesn't need tools all of the time, and doesn't have a lot of storage room.
