What more can I say...these are great pencils. I've used American Naturals pencils since 1992 way back when they were made by Faber Castell. The no-paint finish is great--I find it more comfortable for those long math assignments. They sharpen nicely and are a good value.

The Eberhard Faber natural No. 2, as I've known them, have been my favorite for 20 years. I'm not sure who makes them now or if they're still available, but these things have been my companion as a journalist for a long time. They feel good - yes - and the soft lead comes in handy when you're covering a story in rain or humid conditions. Where are they?
