Hidden Truths and Real Answers, December 25, 2003
By A Customer
What this book does is simply, clearly, eloquently and accurately describe what happens to any national currency that is not based on a full-reserve standard. In so doing it also describes what happens to a society that is held hostage by the ensuing fractional-reserve "money".
The book was written in 1976. So much of its prophecy has come to pass in a quarter-century that there is no doubting Mr. Katz's dead-on accuracy. When his modest work was published there was no crack-cocaine epidemic. Violent crime was only beginning to escalate beyond prior statistical levels. There were no Junk Bond Kings. Leveraged corporate buy-outs and hostile takeovers had not yet made billionaires of the new "owners" while throwing millions of hard working trades-people out of work. There was no National Health Care Plan hovering benignly nearby. Panama, Desert Storm, Somalia, 9/11, Afghanistan and Desert Shield (to name a few) hadn't occurred. "Electronic cash" was an Orwellian concept. The Homeless had not yet appeared en masse. You could purchase a new car for less than three thousand dollars. And Social Security benefits alone provided a modest but adequate allowance for the majority of retirees.
"The Paper Aristocracy" explains in structured, unemotional content the real reasons why these and many other things have come about or changed for the worse. Mr. Katz should be required reading at every business school on every university campus in America. Perhaps the danger in that explains why this book is so very hard to obtain.

"The Paper Aristocracy" must be Overthrown, March 21, 2011
This review is from: The Paper Aristocracy (Hardcover)
Manipulative and Psychopathic, the Paper Aristocracy will stop
at Nothing to take your money by any and all means! As long as
society is constrained to use only the Empty Long Term Promises
of Paper Money (Fiat Currency,) their Evil Game will continue Un-abated! To get some hint of the continuing deterioration! Stop the Evil Game, the US must go to monetization of Silver! Gold will not work, as Gold is scarce, thus allowing Cornering the Market! Only going to a currency based Silver, can the continued machinations of "The Paper Aristocracy" be halted! The Paper Aristocracy creates Investments designed to Fail; President Obama bails them out, then rested, letting the Republican Koch Brothers worth 21 Billion Dollars, finance the Tea Party which calls for tax cuts, instead of more income taxes on the Koch Brothers and there fellow Billionaires, the Richest 400 of whom, earn more that the entire bottom 50 percent of the United States! The German American Koch Brothers seem to be today's Fritz Thyssen's, looking for a Party and a Candidate to finance and coach, who can take the US into a Dictatorship as Fritz Thyssen did! Likely candidates are Florida Governors Rick Scott and Jeb Bush whose Great Grandfather and Grandfather worked for Fritz Thyssen, where they were Co-Workers for Fritz Thyssen with Adolph Hitler and his Nazi Party! Rick Scott was an Unindicted Co-Conspirator with his Columbia Healthcare Corp
Subordinates, Columbia had to repay Medicaid/Medicare 1.5 Billion Dollars, and then Columbia had to pay Rick Scott Three Hundred Million Dollars to go away! Rick Scott is very closely associated with the Koch Brothers Tea Party, and follows the Heritage Foundation very closely, which gave George W. Bush the advice to waste as much money as possible to destroy Social Securtity by borrowing its money to fight a war in Iraq, and not repay Social Security, calling its payments to benificaries, "Entitlements." The Rich need to repay the money they borrowed to fight their wars and keep their nose out of Social Security's business! A Successful Model of Social Security for the Undeveloped World to copy, is the only way to persuade parents not to have so many children to take care of them when they get old! The Only Way to protect Social Security is to break the US Presidency up into Three Presidency, each with its own Congress: A National Security Presidency, A Social Presidency, and An Industrial Security Presidency; each with its own Treasury! The National Security Presidency borrowed money from Social
Security to fight wars for the Rich's benefit only, and issued Bonds to Social Security which it now does not want to repay, and the Rich Must Repay these. It does not matter how many times the Rich Men's Propaganda Millis, like the Heritage Foundation, etc.. calls Social Security Payments to its legal beneficiary's, enitlments, the borrowers are still obligated to repay Social Security as Legal Bondholder!
Sparta, which used Iron as the metallic base of its Currency,
lasted the longest of the Greek City States, and was the last to fall to Rome.
