Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to even the casual fan or non-fan of football.
Plimpton's book, which was made into a boring movie starring Alan Alda, is a great read for anyone who has ever dreamed of playing professional football.
As long as he's in the mix the story flows and is very interesting, but the minute he goes into depth the story drags.
