This product works great for military pilots looking for a mechanical pencil that will fit in the flight suit but has the pencil point that fully retracts so it won't rip a hole through the pen/pencil holder. Most all the newer models of mechanical pencils are thicker and have cushioned grips and won't fit in the flight suit pocket.

This is the pencil for wearing in a flight suit for Army or Airforce.
