It's not awful, and it certainly can erase. But these are the crumbly type of erasers that kind of disintegrate with the smallest amount of pressure. Not my favorite.

I have no complaints with these. They erase very cleanly and leave no marks. In my experience, they erase better than the Pink Pearls.

The erasers work fine... not great... just fine. The only thing that annoys me is that white erasers show all the dark pencil marks and dirt it gets... but the erasers are good for the price.

I like the white eraser because it erases cleaner than the pink. It does not leave any marks on the paper. A good value for the 3 pack.

The White Pearl eraser is a great general purpose eraser for home school and work. Unlike the pink version, this white eraser doesn't leave behind any pink "track marks" on your paper. It's gentle enough to use on paper that's a little more fragile - such as the kind you'd find in old books. I use a lot of erasers in my line of work and this one is a great addition to my toolbox.

I'd never purchased a white eraser prior to last year when they were required by the school. However, we found that they not only erase more completely, they also last longer than the pink version. They don't leave those stray marks which are hard for children not to do. I can definitely see why they requested the white. Can't say enough good about these - try them. You'd love they results!

This was another gift to my mother when she was recuperating from her broken hip. Same rational applies to these as to the pencil sharpener. If they weren't rock hard and didn't fall apart, what could go wrong? Since I didn't hear about those things happening, I will report them as good.

This eraser will certainly get the job done, but it often takes me several passes to get the page clean. By the time I'm done erasing a 1 square inch section of writing, my desk has eraser crumbs all over it. These were free at my office so I can't complain too much, but I'm going back to the Staedtler Mars Plastic erasers that I learned to love back in college. They're expensive, but work well and don't crumble into a million pieces.

Way better then the eraser that came attached to the end of my pencil. Originally purchased just as a cart filler to get free shipping, usually i go for a pack of paper clips but the erasers called out to me this time. I would definitely buy again if i already had $22.29 worth of things in my cart and needed to get to 25 for free shipping.

I had to add these to my bill to get the free shipping, never used them.. I don't even know what I done with them.. not too much on using paper, it's all computers now... will give these to the Grandkids to erase stuff from the walls when I find them...
