All I can say is, it's pretty hard to read, much less review, a book that hasn't even been written! It's been 4 years since this imaginary book was to have been released, so why even keep it as a selection on Amazon, listing it as Out of Print - Limited Availability? It's never been IN Print, which makes it's availability NIL, not just limited. Maybe this was just a Hugh Laurie practical joke one April 1st years ago, and we all are the fools for hanging in there waiting for this Paperless Promise to appear.
