I know. At 43, at the top of my career in radiology, I contracted a relentless infectious illness while recovering from angioplasty for a 95% heart blockage. Closer to death than life, I wasn't physically able to assemble the information I knew my wife would need after I was gone. As soon as I was able, I gathered all that documentation and organized it. About the Author

Hugh M. Hyre is a practicing physician that developed a 95% heart block complicated by a severe infectious illness. Facing imminent death he realized he hadn't done enough to prepare June, his beloved wife of more than twenty years, for the avalanche of paperwork that would befall her should he die. Too ill to physically assemble and copy the information he knew she would need, he vowed that if he recovered he would put his house in order and answer his calling to help others by guiding them in doing the same. While preparing this manuscript he learned of the additional threat Y2K computer failures may have on the important information and documents we all take for granted, and included information on this.
