Product Description
Parchment paper is perfect for non-stick baking and cooking and ensures easy cleanup. Use it to line cookie sheets and cake pans to prevent sticking (wet the paper to easily mould it to the shape of the baking pan). Simplify cookie baking by preparing cookies on a piece of parchment paper, then slide the parchment paper onto a cookie sheet for baking and slide the parchment paper onto a cooling rack for cooling. Great for use in microwave ovens and for preparing foods "en papillote" (baked in parchment). Parchment paper also makes for easy separation of frozen foods (for example, stacks of hamburger patties) or line pans with parchment paper for easy removal of frozen desserts from the pan. Parchment paper can also be used to form piping bags and to create a tall collar when preparing a souffle.
Suitable for use in conventional ovens up to 425°F/218C, and in the microwave. Reusable; the paper may brown around the edges with repeated use, but is is still fine to use. Not intended for use on barbeques or on open flame. 100% biodegradable.

Parchment paper is great for baking -- foods don't stick and cleanup is very easy. I'm particularly glad to have found this generous-sized roll. It is more economical than the smaller rolls, lasts a long time, and causes less waste. The width is perfect for 15" baking sheets. Dispensing is also easier than with the small rolls, which become a challenge to work with when nearing the end of the roll. Highly recommended for anyone who likes to bake and save money and time.

We love the big size. My wife loves to bake, and this product works very well. The large size helps us avoid buying many small rolls locally. The product works in larger pans as when baking home-made Graham crackers, our original motivation to buy the product.
So glad we purchased this! I use it for baking my artisan breads, cookies, pizza...you name it!

I find this paper inferior to other parchment papers. I have used another brand (can't recall the name) that was much whiter in color. It was bombproof and never, ever leaked. This parchment paper leaks through very easily requiring a complete cleaning of the pans used. My previous experience with parchment allowed for very saucy dishes, cooked for an extended period of time with literally NO cleanup required of the pan. Not a very good paper in my opinion.
